Set the scene with a printed backdrop for a stage, exhibition or presentation.
Every press wall has one job: to put your logos into the picture, whoever is standing in front of it. If you run premieres, sports media days or sponsor events, press wall printing comes down to pattern, finish and size.

In press wall printing, the pattern matters more than any other decision. Logos should be small enough that at least one full set appears around a person's head and shoulders, yet large enough to survive cropping for social media. A staggered grid tends to work better than straight rows, because something stays visible when people stand in front of it. Print a section at full size on paper, stand a colleague against it and take a photo on a phone. That simple test shows problems a screen preview will not.
Photographers often shoot press walls with direct flash, so reflections are a real concern. Matt materials, such as many fabric banners, reduce the white hotspot that can wipe out a logo. Wrinkles show up in flash as well, so the wall needs even tension or a rigid frame behind it. If you are using board panels, keep the joins away from where people will pose. Talk to us about your setup before choosing, because indoor and outdoor walls need different materials.
Think about the largest group you expect, not the average guest. A wall for one or two people at a time can be modest, while a team line-up needs far more width, plus room for photographers to step back. Height should clear your tallest guest with some branding above them. For smaller spaces, wide banner stands can stand in at lower-key events, although a seamless surface usually looks cleaner in pictures.
There is no fixed number, but a repeat of a handful of logos tends to stay readable. With more sponsors, each mark gets smaller, so test the pattern at full size and check any sponsor agreement on logo size.
Vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF are ideal because they scale cleanly. A low-resolution logo pulled from a website usually looks soft at this size, so ask each sponsor for master artwork early.
