Vehicle graphics & wraps
Take your identity on the road with printed vehicle graphics.
A company car does not need a wrap to work for you. Car door graphics suit estate agents, driving instructors, carers and mobile businesses who want a tidy logo and contact details, and who may also use the car privately.

If you use the car at weekends or want your branding off for certain visits, a magnetic sign lets you remove it in seconds. It has limits, though. Magnets only hold on steel, and some modern cars use aluminium or composite door skins, so test with a fridge magnet first. They also need a flat surface and regular removal for cleaning, or dirt can mark the paint. Self-adhesive vinyl follows curves better, looks more permanent and stays put at speed.
Door panels look flat until you try to place something on one. Handles, body creases, mirrors and the gap between front and rear doors all reduce the usable area. Measure the flat zone on the actual car, not from a brochure. Keep logos clear of shut lines so a door can open without catching film. Both sides of a car are mirror images, so ask whether your design has a direction, such as an arrow or a logo that should face forwards.
The usable area is small, so restraint matters more here than on a van. A sensible order is logo, one line saying what you do, and a phone number or web address large enough to read from the next lane. If you fall into a licensed category, such as private hire or driving instruction, check your licensing authority's rules before fixing anything to the door. For more coverage, see the wider vehicle graphics options.
Good quality vinyl on sound factory paint should come off cleanly, though paint around it may fade differently over the years. Resprayed or damaged paint carries more risk. Mention any repairs when you order.
They can if the surface is curved, dirty or not steel, or if edges lift at speed. Check the fit on a clean flat area, and inspect the sign regularly. For motorway use, vinyl is a safer choice.
