60in x 40in prints
At about 1524mm by 1016mm, this is the largest standard size on our price list. A print this big changes a room, and it asks more of your file.
How big it really is.
Sixty inches is roughly five feet. Hung landscape, a print this size is about as wide as a two-seater sofa. Hung portrait, it is close to the height of a shorter adult. Before you order, mark the outline on the wall with masking tape and stand back. It takes two minutes and it is the best check there is.

Is your file big enough?
Divide the long edge of your image in pixels by 60. A 6,000 pixel photo gives you 100 pixels per inch at this size. That can look fine on a wall viewed from a few paces, but soft from close up. See our guide to image resolution for large prints.
Handling and delivery
A sheet this size is awkward to carry and easy to crease. Prints are usually safest rolled in a tube, while mounted boards need flat, protected transport and a clear route through doors and lifts. Measure the route before you order a rigid board.
Mounting at this size
A loose sheet this large will not stay flat by itself. At 60in x 40in, mounting on 5mm Foamex is £37.50 and on 3mm Dibond is £55, on top of the print. If the board is going up high, tell us how it will be fixed.
