Mesh banners
Mesh banners bring large graphics to fences, scaffolding and exposed display areas.
A fence gives you a long run of advertising space, and a printed banner is the simplest way to use it. Fence banners suit contractors, schools, clubs and event teams, but wind and fixings deserve more attention than the artwork.

Temporary mesh fencing panels are commonly around 3.5 metres long, but suppliers differ, so measure yours. Note the height, the position of feet and clamps, and any gap at the bottom. For long runs, decide between one continuous banner and a separate banner per panel. Separate pieces are easier to handle, and a damaged one can be swapped out. A continuous print looks sleek, although it needs a steady fence line. Panels that get moved during a build may need separate banners anyway.
Solid banners act like sails and can add load to a temporary fence, which may then need extra feet, bracing or ballast. Mesh banners let some wind through, making them a frequent choice on exposed sites, though the fence should still be assessed by whoever is responsible for it. In sheltered spots, or where you want stronger colour, PVC banners can work well. Mesh print looks a little less solid up close, so keep small text to a minimum.
Fix through every eyelet with cable ties and keep the banner taut, because loose corners flap and tear. Extra eyelets along the top and bottom make more sense than relying on the corners alone. Public-facing fence banners can attract tampering, so check them from time to time and keep a few spare ties on site. If the fence borders a road or footpath, make sure the print does not block sight lines, and find out whether any consent is needed for your message.
It can add significant wind load, especially with solid material on temporary panels. Mesh reduces this but does not remove it. Ask your site manager or fencing supplier whether extra bracing or ballast is needed.
Yes, if you cut the ties carefully and roll them when clean and dry. One banner per panel makes this simpler, and avoiding site-specific details means the same set can serve your next project.
